Job Description
We are looking for dynamic individuals to fill the following positions:
- Customer Service Representative
- Technical Support Representative
- Sales/Retail Representative
- Travel and Hotel Associate
- Healthcare Specialist
- Financial Associate
- Telemarketer
- Content Moderator
General Responsibilities:
- Address customer needs using company guidelines
- Learn and understand company products
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
Qualifications:
- Face-to-face interview in Ortigas required
- At least a high school graduate
- Fluent in English
- Strong customer service skills
Nice to have:
- Prior customer service experience
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Php17,987.00 – Php26,912.00/month | Benefits: Leave, Flexible schedule, Gym membership, Health and Life insurance, Paid training | Schedule: 8-hour day shift | Supplemental pay: 13th-month salary, Overtime pay, Quarterly bonus
