Job Description
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products or services through online channels.
Your duties will include responding to emails, answering live chat queries, and helping customers via phone calls to ensure a positive customer experience.
Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly demeanor are essential for this role.
