Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee our Ice production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency in production, and maintaining quality standards.
Key responsibilities include supervising plant staff, monitoring inventory levels, and implementing safety protocols. The Plant Supervisor will also be involved in scheduling production activities, conducting regular inspections, and managing equipment maintenance.
If you have a strong background in production management, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you. Prior experience in the food industry and familiarity with industrial refrigeration systems are a plus.
