Job Description
Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience as Spanish bilingual.
Applicants must be willing to work onsite in Eastwood.
An Optical Assistant – Spanish is expected to:
- Help customers register and process orders
- Provide expert advice on glasses and lenses
- Check product availability and offer alternatives
- Assist customers with prescriptions
- Verify customer prescriptions
- Resolve customer complaints effectively
- Work collaboratively to enhance customer experience
- Communicate professionally in English and Spanish
Requirements:
- 2 years experience as a Bilingual Agent
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- Flexible schedule availability
