Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responding to Customer Inquiries: Addressing customer questions, concerns, and requests through various channels.
- Providing Product or Service Information: Offering detailed information about company products/services.
- Resolving Customer Issues: Investigating and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Handling Returns and Exchanges: Processing returns, exchanges, or refunds following company policies.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php30,00.00 per month
