Job Description
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years IT Service Desk experience in BPO or similar settings
- Experience with laptop/OS/Microsoft/Telco support
- Proficient in active directory, ITSM tools, and supporting US/AU/NZ/UK clients
- Excellent communication skills and TOR/Diploma
- Must be willing to work onsite in BGC Taguig
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php35,00.00 per month
