Job Description
One-day hiring process! Earn up to ₱25,00 monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents at our Metro sites.
Position Overview:
This position involves providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operations and procedures.
- Recognize and escalate priority problems in line with Client standards.
- Ensure one-call resolution, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary.
