- Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and inventory management for retail accounts, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
- Stay updated on product/service offerings, industry trends, and market competition to effectively position products/services.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer support to retail accounts.
