Job Description
One-day hiring process. Earn up to 25k monthly. We are mass hiring for Call Center Agents for our Metro sites.
Position Overview: Address customer complaints, concerns, and escalations effectively and empathetically.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and helpful information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Identify and solve root causes of issues for effective solutions.
- Assist with account-related issues, password resets, and login problems.
- Handle customer information in compliance with data protection regulations.
