Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, inquiries, or concerns and provide accurate solutions using scripts.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy when dealing with customers.
Qualifications:
- Willing to visit Ortigas site for Face to Face Interview ONLY.
- Amenable to working onsite
- Filipino Citizen, 18 years old and above, at least HIGHSCHOOL Graduate.
- At least Conversant in English.
Nice to have (Optional):
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.
