Job Description
-Maintain accurate inventory records
-Monitor stock levels and conduct regular audits
-Update and manage inventory databases
-Collaborate with departments for efficient supply chain management
-Receive and check incoming and outgoing shipments and resolve discrepancies
-Maintain accurate records of all products and materials in the inventory, ensuring that the quantities match the system records.
-Counting materials, equipment, merchandise or supplies in stockReporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
-Distributing or stocking merchandiseReceive and inventory stock
-Conduct Inspection and validate physical count of all newly received purchases of parts
-Conduct routine inventory audits to verify the accuracy of stock levels and investigate discrepancies
-Plan, schedule and prepare documents, equipment to be used and manpower to be utilized in the conduct of PPE physical inventory
-Organize inventory with barcodesOther various tasks as assigned by Supervisor
-Make sure that all stocks/ inventory are in their designated containersMake sure that all transfers are checked
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php610.00 per day
