Job Description
Responsibilities
- Process outgoing payments according to financial policies
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions and record accounts payable data
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and verify all bills
- Investigate discrepancies and reconcile vendor accounts
- Facilitate payment of invoices and generate reports
- Understand expense accounts and compliance issues
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as Accounts Payable Clerk
- Understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Ability to manage financial records and data entry skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and spreadsheets
- Attention to detail and BSc degree in relevant field
- 2-3 years of accounts payable experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Php25,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
