Job Description
Responding to Inquiries: Address customer inquiries, questions, and concerns through various communication channels such as phone, email, live chat, or social media.
Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing appropriate solutions and guidance to resolve problems effectively.
Technical Assistance: Provide technical support to customers facing difficulties with products or services, assisting with troubleshooting, setup, or usage.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php19,00.00 – Php28,00.00 per month
