Responsibilities:
- Responding to Inquiries: Address customer questions, concerns, and inquiries via various channels.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge about products or services.
- Communication: Communicate with customers clearly and professionally.
- Listening Skills: Actively listen to understand customer needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php19,00.00 – Php33,00.00 per month
Benefits: Additional leave, health and life insurance, paid training, staff meals, and more.
Schedule: Flextime
