Job Description
Caldwell Communications is seeking candidates to join our team as Content Moderators.
Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone or written correspondence to address concerns.
- Resolve customer issues on first contact, aiming to avoid call transfers.
- Match customers’ needs with clients’ products and services.
- Utilize negotiation skills to overcome objections and gain customer approval.
- Share information with clients and colleagues effectively.
