Job Description
This position involves providing excellent customer support through non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media. As a Customer Care representative, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You will need good communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to empathize with customers. Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
