Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Training Assistant to support our training department in organizing and delivering training programs. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, a passion for learning and development, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities include scheduling training sessions, preparing training materials, tracking participant progress, and providing logistical support for training events. The Training Assistant will also assist in evaluating training effectiveness and gathering participant feedback.
