Job Description
The Team Member delivers the Brand Standards and food safety promise through execution of operational standards during assigned shifts. Responsible for keeping their station clean, organized, and ready while on duty.
1. Operations Execution:
- Executes shift plans accurately and efficiently
- Adheres to food preparation standards
- Delivers within speed of service guidelines
- Shows patience and positivity towards Guests
2. Brand Standards and Food Safety:
- Maintains professional, positive attitude with Guests and team
- Flexible to meet team needs for delivering standards
- Handles Guest recovery with care
3. Restaurant Compliance:
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Reports violations promptly to management
- Ensures Health and Safety protocols
- Shows reliability in compliance
Job Type: Full-time
