Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required as training will be provided.
