Job Description
To consult, serve, and prescribe Commonwealth products to new and existing customers. Ensuring the highest level of service is provided to customers, the role contributes to maximizing sales and financial growth. All decisions and actions are made in line with company procedures and guidelines.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to store sales
- Be conscious of stock loss, following directions on preventing shrinkage and escalating any issues
- Assist with store stock takes, as required
- Understand store sales budget and performance against KPIs
- Ensure the brand approach to customer service and consultations is upheld and demonstrated
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, escalating any issues to the Store Manager
- Be aware of marketing and promotional initiatives
- Adhere to standards for store and product presentation
- Assist Store Manager with maintaining relationships within the local community
- Understand and meet the Company’s dress and grooming standards
- Seek out feedback on performance.
- Contribute to a positive and harmonious work environment that encourages retention
- Read and action all communications in a timely manner
- Complete all delegated administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably with experience in sales, retail, and customer service-oriented industry
- Ability to communicate warmly, sincerely, and intelligently with customers
- With good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be assigned in Rockwell or Greenbelt
Contract length: 1-2 months
Salary: From Php610.00 per month
