Job Description
We are a growing, technology-based National Claim Solutions Company in the United States seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our customer-centric team at IAnet.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via emails, chats, and calls efficiently.
- Document claim status updates accurately in the system.
- Suggest and implement process improvements for better service delivery.
- Collaborate to enhance services for customers and business partners.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
- Proficiency in English.
- Minimum 1 year of prior customer service experience.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
