- Assist customers with new account setup, account management, and issue troubleshooting.
- Provide information on products, services, promotions, and online shopping platform navigation.
- Resolve customer complaints, concerns, or escalations promptly.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges following company policies.
- Stay updated on products, promotions, and policies for accurate customer assistance.
