We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents at PH Orbit Employment.

General Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs, provide solutions using scripts, and maintain professionalism.
- Know company products, services, policies, and maintain empathy with customers.
Qualifications:
- Willing to attend interview at Ortigas (for Face to Face Interview only)
- Filipino Citizen, 18 years old and above, At least HIGHSCHOOL Graduate
- Amenable to working onsite, Conversant in English
