Job Description
Overview: The CPA-Level Contributor role supports teams to ensure accurate accounting for Real Estate Investment Trust projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Licensed CPA or minimum 10 years accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- 4+ years experience with Accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage Intacct
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
Technical Requirements:
- Computer with at least 8GB RAM
- Windows 10/11 and MS Office installed
- Primary internet speed of 20mbps, backup of 10mbps
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From Php75,00.00 per month
