Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Billing & Collection Assistant Supervisor. This role involves overseeing the billing and collection operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions.
The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate team members to achieve targets. Responsibilities include monitoring accounts receivable, resolving billing discrepancies, and implementing collection strategies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, minimum 3 years of experience in billing/collection, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication skills.
