Job Description
They will serve as the primary contact for corporate clients, providing guidance and strategic advice regarding their travel programs.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure 100% client retention and account profitability.
- Coordinate central communication for BCD Travel and client’s regional initiatives.
- Develop account plans based on client’s business strategy.
- Conduct research on economic trends impacting client expenses.
- Lead the program management team and oversee project implementation.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in business, finance, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years experience in travel management.
- Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Job Type: Full-time
- Schedule: 8-hour shift
