Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direct supervision of Dealerships’ General/Group Retail Manager & Accounting Manager, carry out a variety of duties and responsibilities in Accounts Receivable for Unit, Parts & Service and acts as Cashier.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accounts Receivable
- Receives and checks Request for Release of Units
- Prepares Sales Invoice for Units & Parts Sales
- Reviews & monitors Aging Receivables
- Receives payment & issue receipt for collections
- Confirms & schedules Collections from Banks and Customers
- Prepares Reports & Statements
- Attend to tasks assigned by General Manager & Accounting Manager
Job Type: Full-time
