Job Description

We are looking for Customer Centric and Motivated Individuals who have the passion to provide exceptional and genuine customer care to our valued clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Preferably with knowledge of injectables, cosmetic surgery, aesthetic medicine, lasers and cosmeceuticals.
• Two years successful customer service experience.
• Clerical experience in a multi-specialty medical clinic, preferred.
• Ability to organize workloads and schedule appointments in a busy environment.
• Ability to work effectively with employers, clients, medical and administrative staff.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, including the ability to manage interactions with difficult people.
• Ability to exercise initiative, judgment and problem-solving.
• Ability to gather and analyze data and to prepare and present comprehensive reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Professionally represent Luminisce Holistic Innovations to the public ensuring a professional and courteous environment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends in aesthetics.
• Instruct patients on pre and post-care treatment precautions.
• Experience in website design and social media marketing to include Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Google Media.
• Liaison between department and corporate marketing.
• Responsible for aesthetic public relations in the local community.
• Coordinate open houses and events.
• Communicate orally and in writing with employers and clinic staff about Aesthetic, contracts, protocols, regulations, promotions where applicable.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php17,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
