Job Description
The Marketing Specialist at Transprocure Corporation is responsible for various tasks beyond staff training coordination. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating training schedules and maintaining training records.
- Training new hires and coordinating with trainers.
- Generating leads for training attendees.
- Marketing training opportunities to employees.
- Providing information on benefits and encouraging participation.
- Recommend training materials, manage training budget, and handle training inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Must be a student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in various relevant fields.
- Good to excellent communication skills.
- Graduating students welcome.
- Willing to work on-site in Makati City with own laptop.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php18,00.00 – Php20,00.00 per month
