Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BPO Trainer to join our team in Davao. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering training programs to new and existing employees in the BPO industry.
The role will involve creating engaging training materials, conducting workshops, and assessing training needs to enhance the performance of our staff. The BPO Trainer must have excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of BPO processes.
