Job Description

As a Timekeeper at Angeles Holdings Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our exhibit booth projects. Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously track and manage the time spent by our team members on various project tasks. You will work closely with project managers, designers, fabricators, and installers to ensure accurate timekeeping and adherence to project schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize timekeeping software or tools to accurately record and track the hours worked by team members on different project tasks.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project schedules and timelines.
• Monitor project tasks’ progress and report any schedule deviations to stakeholders.
• Communicate with team members to ensure accurate timekeeping and adherence to protocols.
• Generate regular reports on project progress and resolve any timekeeping discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive timekeeping information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the exhibit booth construction or event management industry.
• Proficiency in using timekeeping software or tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and solve problems proactively.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Overtime

Supplemental pay types:
