Job Description
Functional Overview:
The TS Sr. Asset Management Specialist oversees assigned assets, focusing on formulation and execution of asset management duties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and check items from vendors based on PO and sales invoice.
- Encode delivered items in Receiving and Asset Tracker.
- Tag fixed assets and issue new items.
- Ensure proper filing and daily asset tracking.
- Conduct physical asset counts and maintain adequate stock levels.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Implement asset handling and lifecycle policies.
- Perform assigned duties by supervisor as needed.
