Job Description
- Provide first aid and immediate medical care to employees during work-related incidents.
- Conduct assessments and refer employees to medical facilities when necessary.
- Implement and monitor health benefits like exams, HMO, dental, and more.
- Promote employee health through regular assessments and education.
- Keep accurate medical records and educate on safety best practices.
- Collaborate on compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Offer guidance for employee well-being and manage office supplies.
- Assist HR in administrative tasks and organizing events.
- Perform assigned job-related tasks.
OTHER SPECIAL ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Good human relations and counseling.
- Can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and self-motivated.
