Job Description
As a Field Collector, you will be responsible for visiting individuals to collect overdue payments or goods. Your main tasks will involve contacting customers to arrange payment, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining accurate records of all collections.
To excel in this role, you must have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet targets. Prior experience in debt collection or a similar field is preferred.
