Job Description
SUMMARY
The WFM Real Time Analyst operates in a fast-paced environment. The position requires multi-tasking to complete all real-time management activities. They also serve as a coordinator for real-time utilization of contact center agents and communicate these changes to agents and leadership.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update and communicate WFM performance reporting
- Update agent schedules in WFM platform
- Communicate with agents for skilling assignment changes
- Communicate with agents to drive efficiency
- Drive Service Level and Occupancy performance
- Provide coverage for contact center hours of operation
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- 1 year of experience in Real Time WFM
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience using MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Operate during assigned shift determined upon hire based on business need.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, occasional overtime may be requested.
- Ability to work in the office
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Experience working in Genesys Purecloud, Genesys WFM, NICE IEX, ELSA
- Contact Center Leadership experience
- Previous experience with reporting and building reporting templates
