Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel with expertise in Intellectual Property (IP) or Corporation Law to join our team at the ITSO (Innovation and Technopreneurship Support Office). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing legal advice and support related to IP rights, technology transfer, and corporate legal matters.
Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing counsel on IP protection strategies, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
