Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large volumes of incoming calls.
  • Follow proper call handling procedures.
  • Identify and assess callers’ needs for accurate service information and resolution.
  • Provide detailed information using the right tools.
  • Maintain a professional attitude with callers.
  • Meet KPI and SLA targets.
  • Healthcare Industry focus.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate with 6 months BPO experience.
  • Customer service background required.
  • Effective call handling and communication skills.
  • Adaptability and time management.
  • Amenable to night shifts and onsite work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month

Benefits:

  • Paid training.

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary.
  • Overtime pay.
