Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage large volumes of incoming calls.
- Follow proper call handling procedures.
- Identify and assess callers’ needs for accurate service information and resolution.
- Provide detailed information using the right tools.
- Maintain a professional attitude with callers.
- Meet KPI and SLA targets.
- Healthcare Industry focus.
Qualifications
- High school graduate with 6 months BPO experience.
- Customer service background required.
- Effective call handling and communication skills.
- Adaptability and time management.
- Amenable to night shifts and onsite work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,00.00 – Php15,00.00 per month
Benefits:
- Paid training.
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th month salary.
- Overtime pay.
