Job Description
The WF Real Time Analyst manages service level agreements for various programs, overseeing call volume, attendance, and program schedules.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage call volume, attendance, and break schedules
- Create metrics and targets
- Analyze delivery processes and suggest improvements
- Plan process and service enhancements
- Produce daily, biweekly, and monthly reports
- Forecast requirements using trends and reports
- Support projects and assigned duties
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrate strong work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and forecasting
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy
- Ability to multitask and focus
- Previous call center experience required
- Workforce Management experience is an asset
Job Type: Full-time
