Job Description
Customer Service Operation Management
- Daily analysis of open calls for Mobile, TV, Laptop, and Accessories
- Resolve customer complaints, sales team feedback, and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Meet organizational goals (TAT, BR, satisfaction, inventory accuracy)
- Monitor daily tasks of CSR, Technicians, and Storekeepers
- Visit dealers and sales teams to ensure zero after-sales complaints
- Manage Service Center income and expenses
Service Asset Management
- Ensure smooth recovery process of DOA and defective parts
- Reduce NFF for UW parts consumption
Repair Skill Enhancement of Technicians
- Provide new product information and repair skill know-how to technicians
- Arrange trainings for new product bulletins
Customer Service Performance Management
- Root cause analysis and corrective action planning
- Report quality failures to the quality control team
- Identify and resolve gaps in customer service
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to Php35,00.00 per month
