Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Learning and Capacity Building Specialist at Tetra Tech. In this role, you will design, implement, and assess learning programs to enhance staff capacity.
Main duties include conducting training needs assessments, developing materials, facilitating workshops, and evaluating learning effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in adult learning principles and capacity building. Excellent communication skills are essential.
