Job Description
1. A graduate of BS in Business Administration major in Human Resources Management or BS in Psychology.
2. With at least 1-2 years experience as an HR Practitioner, Hiring Specialist and /or Generalist;
3. Knowledgeable in all facets of Human Resources.
4. Willing to be assigned at Malagamot Road, Panacan, Davao City
Job Descriptions:
1. Recruitment (internal and external)
- Job posting and interviewing applicants;
- Coordinate with all Citihardware HRs and the Agency regarding the vacancy of the stores;
- In-charge of the Orientation for the onboarding of our new hires;
- Monitors and updates the management on the progress of our recruitment and power headcount;
- Encoding the newly hired and absorbed employees to the master file of ATMI;
- Provide and update Job Description of all employees of AAZ Marketing Inc.
2. Employee discipline
- Making memorandums for erring employees (internal);
- Receiving Incident reports and serving infractions committed by employees.
3. Benefits
- Enroll direct employees and absorbed employees to SS, Philhealth, and Pag-Ibig;
- Assist employees with their government claims;
- Pay the government-mandated claims on time with accurate monitoring of employees;
- Monitor leave credits and update Leave schedule;
- Apply for yearly clearances for government agencies (SS, PHIC, and HDMF).
