Job Description
Qualifications:
- College Graduate of any 4-year course
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Construction Safety Management and contractor supervision (Preferably in Horizontal works, Road Construction, or High/Mid-rise Construction)
Responsibilities:
Manage project implementation to meet target completion date, approved budget, and zero accidents.
Develop project strategies in alignment with stakeholders, Construction Manager, and/or Sr. Construction Manager.
Conduct project risk assessment, recommend mitigating actions, and prevent delays.
Supervise project execution per contract specifications.
Implement project management plan and facilitate Handover.
Provide analysis and recommendations for project implementation.
Supervise contractors’ activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php20,00.00 – Php26,00.00 per month
