Job Description
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Officer will be responsible for designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess project effectiveness.
Key responsibilities include conducting data collection, analysis, and producing reports to support evidence-based decision making.
The officer will also collaborate with project teams to ensure MEL activities align with project goals and objectives.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MEL tools are essential for this role.
