Job Description
We are currently seeking a Product Support Agent I to join our team for our Affordable / Knock division. This position will require you to work on-site, providing exceptional support to our customers.
As a Product Support Agent I, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with technical issues. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach are essential for this role.
Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred. Training will be provided to familiarize you with our products and services.
