Job Description
Calling All Graduates
Join our robust 18-month development program, where you will be rotated & exposed to exciting functions across L’Oréal Philippines such as commercial, sales, digital, and marketing.
This intake will happen for July 2024.
The Requirements are:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Maximum 2 years of experience – less than 2 years can apply.
- Active in organizations and internships relevant to the MT streamline that they are applying (in FMCG and/or beauty industry).
- Proactive and has good learning agility.
- Able to adapt and work in a matrix organization with teams from diverse backgrounds, ethnicity, beliefs, etc.
