Job Description
OPERATORS Responsibilities:
- Support robots by handling tickets and conducting root cause analysis
- Fix bugs on production robots
- Collaborate with product owners to address recurring issues
- Update documentation for robot changes
- Provide support for RPA infrastructure and architecture
Job Requirements:
- 4-6 years of IT experience with 2+ years in RPA using Automation Anywhere Tool
- Skills in RPA (Automation Anywhere v11 / A360), SQL, and a High-Level Programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python)
- Experience in VBScript, Excel VBA, and MS SQL Server
- Ability to design and code independently in A360 tool and work with SAIO, C# .NET, and Selenium
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, User Stories, and Sprint Planning
- Previous work with Support Projects and tools like Kanban Board / Jira
