- WITH EXPERIENCE AS ASSISTANT / STORE MANAGER IN FOOD INDUSTRY.
- WILLING TO WORK IN ALABANG TOWN CENTER
- PLEASING PERSONALITY
- GOOD COMMUNICATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
- MUST HAVE PREVIOUS SALES & MARKETING EXPERIENCE
- BACKGROUND IN STAFF HANDLING & REPORTING
- ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK AND ATTEND TO CUSTOMER NEEDS
- PROVEN SUCCESS AS A RETAIL MANAGER
- CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT & STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- DEVELOPING STORE STRATEGIES FOR CUSTOMER POOL GROWTH
- MEETING SALES GOALS THROUGH STAFF TRAINING & FEEDBACK
