Job Description
Schedule: Night shift availability: 22:00 – 06:00 AM Israel time, Sunday to Friday, with 25% extra hours on Fridays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Freshdesk/chat and in-house CRM system to manage and resolve customer queries.
- Guide customers on eSIM installation and configuration on mobile devices.
- Assist with Tranzila credit card transactions.
- Collaborate with tech & financial teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Enhance customer experience through timely and empathetic support.
Requirements:
- Exceptional fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in computer and mobile device operations.
- Background in Level 1 IT Support advantageous.
- Familiarity with customer service tools (Freshdesk, chat platforms, CRM systems).
- Previous experience in Telecommunications company valued.

- Freshdesk/Zendesk: 2 years (Preferred)
