Job Description
Collect and conduct field visits to clients with recovery accounts.
Monitor and update late payments.
Understand the statement of account and its basic computations.
Address questions on Statement of Accounts and intermediate communication with Head Office.
Follow through on client commitments and other concerns.
Report client status to the Collections department in an organized and timely manner.
