Job Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant IT Support in the Service Desk department. As an Assistant IT Support, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our internal users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining documentation of IT processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in IT, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels. Previous experience in a technical support role and knowledge of ITIL best practices are a plus.
